推进公立医院薪酬制度改革,建立符合行业特点的公立医院薪酬制度是关系医改成败的重要方面。本文分析了当前我国公立医院实行的医生绩效工资制度存在的问题,借鉴发达国家公立医院薪酬制度安排,针对性地提出探索建立符合我国国情的公立医院医生年薪制的政策建议。 |

Abstract: |
Promoting the reform of the public hospital payment system and establishing a system whose characteristics are in line with the public hospitals are important aspects of the success or failure of health reform. This paper analyzes the current problems of the public hospitals physicians’ salary system in China, and draws lessons from the annual pay in developed countries, and puts forward some suggestions on how to establish the salary system of public hospitals adjusted to our national conditions |
