| 医疗机构之间竞争性地提供同质性服务使得中国的卫生服务体系长期处于低效状态，为理顺居民就医秩序，改善居民就医流向，全国各地进行了不同形式，不同程度的探索，但效果并不明显。本研究以农村居民乡县两级医疗机构的住院服务路径为切入点，通过对服务路径的梳理以及各服务路径的分析评价，试图为分级诊疗制度的推进提供一些建议支持。 |

| competitive provision of homogeneous services between different levels of medical institutions has caused inefficiency of health system in China for a long time. In order to improve the patient flow, various explorations of different extend have been carried out in different places in China. However, the result was poor. This article tries to provide some suggestions for the promotion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system by analyzing and evaluating the service path from the point of inpatient service in township and county hospitals of Rural Area. |
