| 医养结合是当前应对人口老龄化的重要举措， 也是我国养老保障体系研究的重要内容之一。文章在简要介绍了医养结合的概念由来、政策推行措施后，基于地区医养结合政策执行情况以及养老机构的问卷调查数据分析当前医养结合存在的主要问题，并对其进行制度性分析，最后提出若干思考和建议。 |

| The combination of Medical-nursing and Care service is an important measure to cope with the aging of the population, and it is also one of the important contents of the study of the old-age security system in China. This paper briefly introduces the conception of the combination of Medical-nursing and Care service, analyzes the existing problems of the combination of Medical-nursing and Care service based on the survey data and policy implementation, and institutional analysis is made on it, finally put forward to thinking and suggestions. |
