| 目的 根据国家生育政策调整，了解贵州省产科床位配置、产科服务供给与利用现状，为合理调配产科床位资源提供政策建议。方法 通过问卷调查获取全省产科床位现状资料，采用灰色系统预测模型预测近五年出生人口数，利用卫生服务需求法对产科床位资源配置进行测算。结果 2017－2021年全省及各市（州）现有产科床位总量不能满足服务需求，供需比均小于1。结论 全省产科床位资源总量不足，利用与分布不平衡，应加强基层医疗保健机构产科床位资源的合理配置及高效利用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective According to the fertility policy adjustment ,to understand the maternity beds allocation,service supply and utilization status,rational allocation of maternity beds to supply some suggestions. Methods Through questionnaire survey to obtain data of maternity beds ,gay system model(GM1.1) is used to predict the number of births in the past five years,health service demand method is used to calculate resource allocation of maternity beds . Results the existing total of maternity beds do not meet demand services ,supply and demand ratio less than 1,in 2017－2021.Conclusions the rational allocation and utilization of maternity beds should be strengthened in primary health care institutions |
