| 目的：通过引入指尖单位和体表面积的概念来辅助计算外用制剂的日均使用剂量，从而确定外用制剂的日均费用，判断该种外用制剂是否可以纳入到低价药品的范围，为我国低价药品的日均费用衡量方法的完善提供参考。方法：通过文献查阅获悉指尖单位和体表面积的研究情况，并将其运用在外用制剂使用剂量的计算过程中。结果：通过计算发现一些符合低价药品日均费用标准的外用制剂并未纳入到国家低价药品清单中，这种计算方式的引入可有助于日均费用的确定。结论：完善低价药品日均费用的衡量方法还应进一步精细化身体各部位面积比例及所对应的指尖单位数量，利用大数据获取临床用药信息，开展我国关于外用制剂合理使用量的试验。 |

| Objective: To calculate DDDc (defined daily dose cost ) of external preparation s by the method of finger-tip unit or body surface area, then to judge whether the external preparation could be brought into low price medicine directory . Method ：Reading literatures of research situation s on finger-tip unit and body surface area which applied into calculating daily dose. Result: Some external preparation s that meet the DDDc criterion of low price medicine aren’t brought into low price medicine directory. Conclusion: To perfect the measuring method of DDDc for low price medicine, body surface area proportion should be refined, clinical medicine information ought to be acquired, and rational using dose clinical trial s of external preparation s should be implemented. |
