| 目的：以江西省县级公立医院为例，分析公立医院改革前后医院运行情况的变化。方法：选取2012年-2016年江西省175所县级公立医院的国家卫生计生委财务年报数据，通过描述性统计和对比分析等方法，分析医改政策对县级公立医院运行的影响并提出相应的对策，望以此对即将全面推开的江西省城市公立医院改革起到积极作用。 |

| Objective To analyze the changes of hospital operation before and after the reform of public hospitals in Jiangxi province. Methods：The annual financial data from 2012 -2016 in Jiangxi province in 175 public hospitals in the county, through descriptive statistics and comparative analysis methods, analysis of medical reform policies affect the operation of public hospitals in the county and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to positive effect on Jiangxi province will be fully open for the city public hospital reform. |
