| ：目的：构建基本医疗服务价格动态调整模型。方法：借鉴国外公共产品价格管制模型的基础上，结合基本医疗服务价格影响因素，建立以成本与收入结构为基础的医疗服务价格动态调整模型。结果：对模型进行实证研究，测算的结果与全国某些省份医疗服务价格调整幅度基本一致。结论：该模型适应物价变动的同时，刺激医疗机构自觉提高生产效率，提高医疗服务质量。 |

| Objective: to construct the model of dynamic adjustment of basic medical service price. Methods: Based on the price control model of foreign public product, combined with the factors affecting the price of basic medical services, the dynamic adjustment model of medical service price based on the cost and income structure was established. Results: Though the Empirical Study of the model, the results of the calculation are basically in accordance with the national health service price adjustment in some provinces . Conclusion: the model is fit for price changes, which stimulates the medical institutions to improve production efficiency and improve the quality of medical service. |
