| 在全面深化医疗卫生体制改革的背景下，基本医疗服务价格改革是公立医院改革的关键环节。本研究在分析广东省基本医疗服务价格现状的基础上，得出现有的基本医疗服务价格存在以下问题：基本医疗服务价格的非均衡性、价格调整严重滞后、成本核算不完善、价格调整与相关部门联动不健全、价格监管缺位。分别从价格动态调整、完善价格调整相关措施、成本核算、价格监管等角度，提出政策建议。 |

| Under the background of deepening the reform of medical and health system, the reform of the basic medical service price is the key link of public hospital reform. Based on the analysis of the basic medical service price situation in Guangdong Province, to the following problems: equilibrium of the basic medical service price , the price adjustment lag, cost accounting is not perfect, the price adjustment and the relevant departments linked price is not perfect, lack of supervision. From the perspective of dynamic price adjustment, price adjustment measures, cost accounting, price supervision and other aspects, the paper puts forward policy recommendations. |
