摘要: |
目的:通过分析2015—2022年山东省16地市城乡居民基本医保筹资的面板数据,验证县域筹资水平差异及其收敛趋势。方法:借助空间自相关分析各个时间截面的空间集聚性和异质性格局,并计算σ收敛系数,分别构建固定效应模型和加权固定效应模型进行绝对β收敛。结果:筹资水平各个时间截面的Moran’s I逐渐减小,在地理上呈现随机分布格局;存在σ 收敛和绝对β收敛。结论:县域筹资水平仍然存在差异,但差异在缩小,进而提出缩小县域差距推进省域均衡的对策建议。 |

Abstract: |
Objective: To analyze panel data on basic medical insurance financing for urban and rural residents in 16 cities in Shandong Province from 2015 to 2022, and verify the difference in county level of financing and its convergence trend. Methods: Using spatial auto-correlation to analyze the spatial agglomeration and heterogeneity patterns of each time section, and calculate σ Convergence coefficient, respectively constructing fixed effect models and weighted fixed effect models for absolute β Convergence. Results: The Moran’s I of each time section of the funding level gradually decreased, presenting a geographical random distribution pattern; there is existence σ Convergence and Absolute β Convergence. Conclusion: There are still differences in the level of county financing, but the differences are narrowing. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to narrow the county gap and promote provincial balance. |
