| 在临床诊疗决策中纳入患者偏好信息有助于提高诊疗服务质量，降低医疗系统成本支出。离散选择实验作为一种引出患者偏好的方法在国外临床诊疗中已有成熟应用，但在国内应用较少。文章回顾了现有离散选择实验用于研究中国人群临床诊疗偏好的实证研究，以期为后续研究提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| Incorporating patient preference information in clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions improves service quality and reduces the cost of the healthcare system noted. As a method of eliciting patient preferences，discrete choice experiments are well established in foreign countries，but are less commonly used in China. Empirical studies of discrete choice experimental methods are reviewed to study clinical diagnosis and treatment preferences in Chinese populations to inform subsequent research. |
