| 在梳理国家层面指导公立医院合理运用创新通用技术相关政策的基础上，介绍了创新通用技术在医疗服务领域的应用场景，典型省份创新通用技术类医疗服务价格项目设立情况，提出了建立创新通用技术类医疗服务项目价格合理形成机制的政策建议：设置绿色通道，加快创新通用技术类医疗服务项目立项申请受理审批进度；锚定医院成本测算结果，合理制定创新通用技术类医疗服务项目收费价格，旨在促进新技术临床应用，规范价格行为。 |

| Abstract: |
| On the basis of combing the relevant policies of guiding the rational use of innovative general technology in public hospitals at the national level，the application scenarios of innovative and generic technologies in medical services，the establishment of medical service price items of innovative and generic technologies in typical provinces are introduced. Policy recommendations are proposed to establish a reasonable price formation mechanism for medical service items of innovative and generic technologies: setting up green channels to speed up the progress of accepting and approving applications for the establishment of medical service items of innovative and generic technologies; anchoring the cost measurement results of hospitals to reasonably set the prices charged for medical service items of innovative and generic technologies，with the aim of promoting the clinical application of new technologies and regulating price behaviour. |
