| 目的：分析政府健康支出的经济增长效应，探讨政府健康支出比例的最优决策。方法：基于家庭与政府的两部门内生增长模型，运用最优控制方法进行理论模型的推导和数值分析。结果：政府健康支出对经济增长的影响呈非线性的关系，其临界值的最优比例取决于健康的产出贡献份额、生产性资本的产出贡献份额以及政府健康支出的健康贡献份额的大小。结论：政府应根据经济的发展阶段合理确定健康支出的比例。 |

| Objective: To analyze the economic growth effect of government health expenditure and discuss the optimal decision about the proportion of government health expenditure. Methods: Based on the endogenous growth model with family and government, the optimal control method was used to deduce and analyze the theoretical model. Results: The government health expenditure has a nonlinear relationship of the impact on economic growth, the critical value of the optimal proportion depends on the output share of healthy, the output share of productive capital and the contribution share of government health expenditure to healthy. Conclusion: The government should determine the reasonable proportion of health expenditure according to the stage of economic development. |
