| 摘要: |
| 目的：分析肺癌非手术患者住院费用的影响因素，为有效控制住院费用，减轻肺癌疾病经济负担提供依据。方法：对某医院的79名肺癌非手术患者的住院费用进行灰色关联分析。结果：肺癌非手术患者人均住院总费用为71433.79元；灰色关联分析结果为：关联度由大到小排名依次是护理费、治疗费、诊察费、床位费、检查费、化验费、药品费、材料费、手术费。结论：制定相应的医保政策，建立日间化疗模式，引入商业保险制度等，降低肺癌患者和社会的经济负担；合理调整体现医务人员劳动价值的项目收费，提供科学优质诊疗，促进医院健康、持续、稳定发展。 |

| Objective: This paper is to provide an analysis of the hospitalization expense effects for non-operative lung cancer patients and aims to provide the evidence on lightening the economic burden of patients.Methods: The paper presents the complete survey on seventy-nine patients. Results: It is acknowledged that the average of hospitalization expense is RMB71,433.79; By the Grey Relational Analysis, the top three expense came from nursing, treatment and medical expenses.Conclusion： The lightening patients economic burden for keeping sustained, healthy and steady development of hospital depends on the establishment of patient-oriented medical insurance policy integrated commercial insurance, model building for daytime chemotherapy and adjustment of commission which could reflect the labor value for medical care personnel. |
