| 通过对德国、法国两个国家和我国台湾地区DRG实施的过渡期情况进行深入研究，分析两个国家和我国台湾地区DRG实施过渡期中分组、相对权重、基础费率、医院数量、版本更替、费用等发展情况，总结出各国和各地区过渡期的特点，提出中国实施DRG应借鉴的理念和方法，为我国DRG的开展提供科学依据。 |

| By the comprehensive research of the transitional period of DRG implementation in German, France and Taiwan region, this paper analyzed the changes of the grouping, relative weight, base rate, hospital amount, version update and cost condition during transitional period, summarized the characteristics of each countries and regions, in order to provide the reference and experiences for DRG implementation in China. |
