| 目的:分析项目付费、总额预付、病种付费、床日付费等支付模式的定价机制及其对医疗服务行为的影响。方法：全国典型地区不同支付模式及定价机制下，医疗机构支付方式改革结余资金构成模型理论对比分析。结果：不同的支付模式及支付标准制定方法，将会对医疗机构的行为产生不同的影响。结论：应加强医疗机构成本核算和优化，科学测算支付标准。 |
