| 摘要：人口老龄化已成为我国严重的社会问题，构建多层次、广覆盖的护理保险体系已成为应对老龄化危机的重要解决途径。文章通过综合比较世界发达国家的护理保险管理模式，并对其产生背景、筹资方式和立法支持等多个方面的差异性进行逐一分析，以期为我国护理保险制度的建设提供理论参考和实践依据。 |

| Abstract: Population aging has become a serious social problem in our country, the construction of a multi-level and broad cover care insurance system has become an important solution to cope with crisis. In this article, through comprehensive comparison of the world’’’’’’’’s developed countries care insurance management pattern, and its background, financing mode and legislative support differences in many aspects, such as one by one analysis, in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of nursing insurance system in our country and the practice basis. |
