| 大型公立医院作为区域医疗服务体系的龙头，在各个不同的历史时期都为我国社会主义建设事业和人民群众的医疗健康需求做出过巨大的贡献。当前我国医改已进入攻坚阶段，对大型公立医院提出了更高的要求，同时，随着改革步伐的加快，其自身的一些问题也逐渐显露。要实现维护公益性、调动积极性、保障可持续的医改目标，大型公立医院仍有许多工作需要进一步加强。 |

| Abstract: |
| As the leader of regional medical service system, large public hospitals have made a great contribution for the task of socialist construction and the medical and health needs of the people in different historical periods of China. In present, China’’s health care reform has entered a crucial stage, it has provided higher requirements to large public hospitals. Mean whiles, with the reforms speeding up, some of their problems are gradually revealed. To achieve the goals of health care reform for maintenance of public welfare, motivation of enthusiasm and insurances of sustainable development, it has more work needs to be further strengthened to large public hospitals. |
