| 目的：分析和研究日本药品价格管理机制，与中国相关政策对比分析，为中国药品价格政策制定提供借鉴与参考。方法：通过文献比较研究和描述性分析，具体阐述日本药品价格管理机制，并与中国现行药品价格管理环境、制度与定价方法进行对比，提出针对性意见建议。结果与结论：日本实现药品费用控制合理，很大程度上得益于日本统一的与有效的药品价格管理制度，其市场已经建立起价格制定的完整体系，尤其在创新药品定价、国际价格比较、仿制药一致性评价、仿制药定价等诸方面有较为科学的流程与依据。其实质是实施医保支付价管理，为中国未来医保支付价制定和建立科学价格管理机制提供了有意借鉴。 |

| Objective: Through in-depth analysis and study on the Japan price management mechanism and making comparative analysis, to provide a reference for drug price management policy in China . Methods: Through literature research and descriptive analysis, clarify specific Japan drug price management mechanism and make comparative analysis with China in the field of current macro environment, management systems and pricing method etc , and provide tailored suggestions for drug price management in China . Results and conclusion: Japan canceled drug make up system, To a large extent thanks to Japan healthcare functions of centralized management, thanks to drug price management system with science and multiparties reached consensus , established a set of mechanism of market formed price, especially in innovation drug pricing, international reference price , generic drug consistency evaluation, and generic drug pricing etc , with more scien tific and evidence based process, essentially is implementation of reimbursement payment price management, which provide reference meaning in the future for developing reimbursement payment price and establish ing scientific price management mechanism. in China. |
