| 随着中国人口老龄化进程的加快，老年人卫生服务需求不断增长。由于老年人身体原因其慢性病呈多发特点。与其他人群相比，治疗费用也增加明显。为了解吉林省老年人口的直接疾病经济负担，基于卫生费用核算体系2011，分别从人均费用、服务构成和病种费用等角度综合分析了老年人治疗费用。由于老年人缺乏足够的保险保障，治疗费用中家庭卫生支出（自费）的比例仍然达到41.83%。吉林省地处东北，与国内中部地区相似。因此，对65岁及以上老年人治疗费用研究，能够为卫生政策制定提供数据支撑。 |

| With the acceleration of the aging of population, the demand of the elderly (≥65) population for health services will continue to grow. Due to the physical conditions of the elderly, they have a higher risk of suffering chronic diseases. Compared with the curative care expenditure other groups of the population, their curative care expenditure has been increasing significantly. In order to understand the direct economic burden of the elderly in Jilin Province, the System of Health Accounts 2011 (SHA2011) is used to analyze the curative care expenditure of the elderly from the perspectives of per capita treatment cost, service composition and the curative care expenditure of diseases. Due to the lack of adequate elderly health insurance, the proportion of out-of-the pocket (OOP) has still reached 41.83%. Jilin Province is located in the northeast of China, the general condition is similar to that of the middle region in China. Therefore, the research of the curative care expenditure for the elderly can provide more supporting data for making health policies |
