| 在现有医疗体制下，分级诊疗可以优化卫生资源配置，推动医疗新格局和就医新秩序的建立。信息化是卫生发展中重要的基础和抓手，也是引导卫生就医秩序新的手段和方向。“互联网+”让分级诊疗迎来一个可以取得跨越式发展的机会。文中内容旨在以“互联网+”为桥梁，探索构建新型分级诊疗模式。 |

| In the existing health care system, hierarchical diagnosis and treatment can optimize the allocation of health resources, promote the new pattern of medical treatment and establish the new order of medical treatment. Informationization is the important foundation and gripper of the health development, and is also the new methods and direction leading the health medical order. "Internet plus" provides a chance to achieve leapfrog development for hierarchical diagnosis and treatment . The purpose of this paper is to establish a new hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model based on “ internet plus”. |
