| In order to seek reasible way of controling the payment risks of medical health care insurance fund,the article have deeply analyzed the existing problems of medical supply side and the institutional roots.We have to proceed with reform to guarantee payment security of medical health care insurance fund from institutional structure of medical supply side. |
