| 目的：借鉴我国环境影响评价的经验，探索开展健康影响评价的理论和实践。方法：进行健康影响评价借鉴环境影响评价的适宜性分析，通过开展文献调研，梳理我国环境影响评价的现状、做法和存在问题。结果和结论：应充分借鉴我国环境影响评价的经验，从牢固树立预防为主的健康观，尽快建立健康影响评价制度，选择和健康促进等行动相衔接的实施路径，完善健康影响评价的相关保障等方面，提出当前我国开展健康影响评价的政策建议。 |

| Objective: To learn from the experience of environmental impact assessment, and explore the theory and practice of health impact assessment. Methods: With suitability analysis of reference to environmental impact assessment and literature research, the current situation, practices and problems of environmental impact assessment were combed. Results and conclusions: we should as soon as possible fully draw on the experience of environmental impact assessment, establish the prevention concept firmly, set up the health impact assessment system, implement it by the path of health promotion and such actions, improve the relevant safeguard etc. |
