| 随着人民群众医疗服务需求的不断增加，公立医院已无法满足其日趋多样化、高端化的医疗服务需。为缓解就医压力、丰富医疗市场，形成对公立医院的有益补充，国家出台多项政策鼓励社会办医。北京市积极响应国家号召，先后从多方面出台并落实了一系列支持和鼓励社会办医的政策文件，极大的推进了北京市社会办医的发展进程，北京市社会办医走在先列。本文对2012年-2015年北京市社会办医政策进行回顾并对其产生的效果进行分析，提出合理化建议。 |

| With the rising demands for medical services, public hospitals have been unable to meet their increasingly diverse, high-end demands for medical services. To solve this problem and diversify health care market, the state has introduced a number of policies encourage private investment in medicine which as a useful supplement to public hospitals. Beijing actively responds to national call, and a series of policies has been released and implemented which greatly promoted the development of private hospitals in Beijing which leads to go first. In this paper, the review of policies and analysis of effects during the period from 2012 to 2015 are helpful to conclude and analyze the effects and make rational recommendations. |
