| 目的:研究并总结安徽省城镇居民医保并入新农合制度统一管理后两医疗保险管理信息系统整合的技术路线，为全面启动城乡居民医保制度整合后的系统合并提供参考。方法：通过现场调研和对比研究方法总结安徽省城镇居民医保信息系统和新农合管理信息系统整合的技术路线。结果：安徽省采用以已有新农合管理信息系统为基础合并城镇居民医保信息系统的做法。结论：该做法符合安徽实际情况，整合后的系统在实现城镇居民即时结报、方便患者就医、节约整合成本等方面取得显著的成效，值得推广。 |

| Abstract Objective: To study and summarize the integration technical route of two medical insurance management information systems after Urban Residents Basic Medical Insurance was incorporated into New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme in Anhui province, provide a reference for system incorporates after the Integration of the Basic Medical Insurance System was fully activated. Methods: Field survey and comparative study were implemented for summarizing the integration technical route of the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme information system and Urban Residents Basic Medical Insurance information system. Results: Merging Urban Residents Basic Medical Insurance information system based on New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme information system is the approach adopted by Anhui province. Conclusion: This approach is consistent with the actual situation of Anhui. The integration system has made remarkable achievements in real -time reimbursement, facilitating the patients and saving integration cost. This integration technical route is worthy of promotion. |
