| 摘要 目的：分析辽宁省县级公立医院改革试点后医院收支的变化。方法：选取2012年最先试点的11家医院，采用描述性统计分析方法和t检验，对比分析改革对县级公立医院收支的影响。结果：试点医院的药占比有所下降、收入结构得到优化、总收入未减少，但其平均负债额的增速较快。结论：辽宁省县级公立医院改革后，试点医院整体上经济运行平稳、药品收入比例有所下降、财政补助有所增加；但也面临财政压力较大、取消药品加成不彻底等情况。 |

| Abstract Objective: To analyze the change after the pilot reform of the county-level public hospital in Liaoning Province. Methods: Chose the data of the first batch of 11 pilot hospitals in 2012, Contrasting and analyzing the impact on the revenue and expenditure for the reform in the county-level public hospital by the way of descriptive statistics analysis and t-tests. Results: The pilot hospital reduced the drug revenue ratio, optimized the income structure, and the total income is not reduced, but the amount of indebtedness grew rapidly. Conclusion: After the reform, the economic situation of pilot hospitals are operating smoothly on the whole, drug income ratio has been declined, and financial compensation has been increased. However, it brings a great financial pressure to those hospitals, the cancelling drug price addition is not completely and so on. |
