| 目的：总结归纳欧洲国家药品价格管理主体、管理对象、价格形成方式以及配套管理方法，为我国药品价格管理提供参考。 方法：通过文献研究、政策分析并结合各国实际情况进行总结概括。 结果：欧洲各国药品价格管理主体多样化，对药品均实施分类管理，药品形成方式包括法定定价、采购定价等五种；配套管理方法包括信息公开、价格冻结和削减等多种。 结论：建议我国药价管理主体应适度集权化、注重药品分类和多种管理方法综合运用、加强价格信息公开、完善药品集中采购政策等。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: Summarizing the subject, object, pricing mechanism and supporting measures of European drug price regulation,. to provide references for the drug price management in China. Methods: The Drug Price Regulation overseas were reviewed by literature review and policy analysis. Results: European Countries’ drug price administration diversification, implementing classified management for drugs. Price forming method include legal pricing, centralized purchasing and so on. Supporting measures include information disclosure, price freeze and cut, etc. Conclusion: It was suggested to moderately centralized with administrative subject, integrated use of a variety of management methods, to strengthen the information disclosure and improve the system of centralized purchasing, etc. |
