| 卫生财政是国家财政体系的重要组成部分。通过文献研究和现场调查等方法，分析在国家治理的视角下如何进一步理解财政卫生投入政策与国家治理的关系，探讨我国财政卫生投入现状，分析目前投入政策存在的问题及完善的方法， 以期为完善我国财政卫生投入政策提供参考。 |

| Health finance is an important part of the public financial system. Based on literature review and field survey, it analyzes how to further understand the relationship between financial health input policy and national governance under the perspective of national governance, and explores the current situation of financial health input in China, the problems existing in the current input policy and the methods to improve it, so as to provide references for relevant departments to improve China’s government health invest- ment policy. |
