| 文章首先对 DIP支付方式改革背景下，目前医学检验科在发展过程中存在的问题，如检验相关违规项目屡屡被发现，部分收费项目缺失、项目成本与服务价值难以体现等进行描述，并对导致问题产生的原因进行分析，指出医保违规认识不足或恶意欺诈骗保、DIP付费本身存在不完善、检验收费项目未及时申报或完善为其主要原因。最后，文章建议采取对检验项目进行合理性评估、及时申报收费项目、保障其合规收费等措施，从而支持检验学科的持续发展。 |

| It first describes the problems existing in the development process of the medical laboratory under the background of the Diagnosis-Intervention Packet (DIP) payment mode reform, such as the frequent discovery of illegal items related to inspection, the absence of some fee items, and the difficulty in reflecting the project cost and service value, and analyzes the causes of the above problems. It points out that the main reasons were lack of understanding of medical insurance violations or malicious fraud, limitations of DIP payment itself, and failure to timely declare or improve inspection fee items. Finally, it is suggested to carry out rationality as- sessment of the test items, timely declare the charge items to guarantee the compliance charge and control the test costs to support the sustainable development of the test discipline. |
