| 文章总结了英国创新医疗技术的支付经验，包括医疗资源分组制度下的单独支付和补充支付两种短期支付办法及创新技术支付计划。结合我国按疾病诊断相关分组实践和创新医疗技术支付现况，提出明确申请要求、推动新技术的广泛应用、合理确定创新技术激励专项基金及支付机制等创新医疗技术支付的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper summarizes the payment experience of innovative medical technology in the UK, including separate payment and supplementary payment under the HRG system and the Innovative and Technology Payment (ITP). Combining with the practice of DRG and current conditions of innovative medical technology payment in China, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on in- novative medical technology payment such as making the demands of applying clearly and reasonably determining the special fund and payment mechanism for innovative technology incentives and so on. |
