| 文章在供需匹配框架下厘清健康保障政策与大健康产业高质量发展的内生逻辑，分析大健康产业高质量发展对健康保障支持政策的需求，并提出了如下建议：发挥商业保险等金融服务作用，完善并补充商业医疗保障制度体系；将大型医疗设备集采纳入医保目录，建立大型医用设备集中交易市场；合理拓宽医保保障范围，优化医疗资源配置和拓宽“智慧医保”覆盖面，加强医保数字创新。 |

| Taking Chongqing city as an example, based on the framework of matching supply and demand, it clarifies the endogenous logic of health insurance policy and the high-quality development of big health industry, analyzes the demand of health insurance support policy for the high-quality development of big health industry, and proposes to play the role of commercial insurance and other financial services, improve the system of supplementary and commercial medical insurance; incorporate large medical equipment into the medical insurance catalog, establish a centralized medical equipment It is suggested that the scope of health insurance coverage should be reasonably broadened, the allocation of medical resources should be optimized, the coverage of “intelligent health insurance” should be broadened, and the digital innovation of health insurance should be strengthened. |
