| Focusing on the key and difficult points of state-owned assets management under the operation management system，it explores the operation mode of state-owned assets management under the system，establishes a work mode from the strategic and problem-oriented perspectives，optimizes the asset life cycle management process，clarifies the implementation path，improves the management level of hospital state-owned assets，and helps to improve the efficiency of operation management. |
