| 新生儿健康对人的全面发展至关重要，基本医疗保险在促进孕妇及新生儿健康方面发挥了重要作用。国外研究证明医疗保险可以有效促进新生儿健康，然而国内该方面的研究尚不多见。当前，我国“三孩”政策使高龄产妇增多导致不良出生结局问题凸显。在“健康中国”和“低生育”的双重大背景下，文章梳理了国内外关于孕妇参加医疗保险状态影响新生儿健康的研究进展，针对已有研究成果、存在问题进行分析及评述，为该领域的深入研究提供有力的支撑。 |

| Abstract: |
| The neonatal health is an essential prerequisite for the overall development of the human being，and basic health insurance plays an important role in promoting the maternity and infant health. Foreign studies have shown that health insurance can be effective in promoting the health of newborns，but there are few studies in this area in China. At present，China's "Three Children" policy has resulted in an increase in the number of older women giving birth，which has led to an increase in the number of poor birth outcomes. In the context of "healthy China" and "low fertility"，it reviews the research on the impact of maternal health insurance on the health of newborns at home and abroad，and analyzes and reviews the existing research findings and problems，so as to provide a strong support for further research in this area. |
