| 我国目前已建立相对完善的社会医疗保险准入与支付标准管理体系，但在整个决策过程中仍以单个信息来源为基础，缺乏全国性的医保大数据系统对数据进行分析以辅助决策。文章研究了韩国医保大数据系统在医保准入前、中、后全流程中所发挥的作用，并通过韩国阿斯利康公司生产的替格瑞洛医保支付标准调整全过程为例对其应用进行剖析，为我国的医保相关大数据系统建设及未来在医保决策中的应用提供参考和借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| China has established a relatively well-established system for social health insurance access and payment standards，but the entire decision-making process is still based on a single source of information. There is a lack of a national health insurance big data system to analyze the data to aid decision-making. The role played by the Korean health insurance big data system in the whole process of pre-access，mid-access and post-access to health insurance is examined. It aims to study the function of South Korea's healtheare insurance big data system before，during and after access by taking Ticagrelor，manufactured by AstraZeneca South Korea，so as to provide references for the construction of health insurance-related big data systems in China and their future application in health insurance decision-making. |
