目的:随着医改的不断推进,公立医院运营管理的环境越来越复杂,医院管理者急需新的管理视角重新审视运营管理环节中存在的薄弱环节。方法:采用价值链管理方法,以案例医院为例,构建价值链分析框架下的运营管理指标分析模型,分别从外部上游供应商价值链、内部医护价值链和外部下游患者价值链3个维度进行探讨分析。结果:案例医院运营管理效果有所提高,医疗收入总体规模实现扩增,医护群体专业技术能力逐渐提高和患者满意度实现提升。结论:根据价值链框架,提出可供借鉴的运营管理建议,最终实现医院和患者双重价值链最大化的目标。 |

Abstract: |
Objective: With the continuous advancement of medical reform,the operation and management environment of public hospitals is becoming more and more complex. Hospital managers need a new management perspective to re-examine the weak parts in the operation and management link. Methods: Based on the value chain management method,taking the case hospital as an example,the operation management index analysis model under the value chain analysis framework is constructed to conduct the analysis from the dimension of external upstream supplier value chain,the internal medical care value chain and the external downstream patient value chain. Results: The operation management effect of the case hospital has been improved,the overall law of medical income has been expanded,the professional and technical capabilities of medical care groups have been gradually improved,and patient satisfaction has been improved. Conclusion: According to the value chain framework,operational management suggestions are put forward to finally achieve the goal of maximizing the dual value chain of hospitals and patients. |
