| 卫生科研单位是医学科学技术创新的直接承载机构，近年来，国家对卫生科研单位科研项目经费的投入持续增加。文章通过分析财政科研项目资金管理未与时俱进、财政科研项目过程管理不规范、财政科研项目绩效目标设置过于简单等财政科研项目管理存在的问题，提出相应的改进建议，从而提高财政科研项目的管理水平和资金使用效益。 |

| Health research institutions are the direct bearers of medical science and technology innovation.In recent years,the state has continuously increased its investment in the funding of scientific research projects in health research institutions.It analyzes the problems in the management of fiscal research projects,including fiscal project fund management not keeping up with the times,irregular fiscal project process management,insufficient attention to project performance management,and rough target setting.Moreover,it proposes improvement suggestions to enhance the management of financial research projects and improve the efficiency of fund use. |
