| 目的：探讨药物经济学研究中成本与健康收益取相同贴现率的合理性。方法：基于健康相关的经济学理论， 采用理论分析与公式推导相结合的方法从正反两个方向展开论述。结果：健康兼具消费和投资的双重属性及来源的多元性决定了其时间价值与物质资本有着较大的差异性。Keeler-Cretin悖论忽视了延迟成本、预算约束的改变及时间偏好不一致的现象。结论：估算健康收益特有的贴现率，对完善当前的药物经济学研究具有一定的必要性和迫切性。 |

| Objective: To explore the rationality of taking the same discount rate for cost and health benefits in pharmaceutical economic research. Methods: Based on health related economic theory，the discussion was carried out from both positive and negative directions by combining theoretical analysis with formula deduction. Results: The dual attributes of consumption and investment as well as the diversity of health sources determine that the time value of health is different from the material capital; Keeler-Cretin paradox ignores the delay cost，the change of budget constraint and the inconsistency of time preference. Conclusion: It is necessary and urgent to estimate the unique discount rate of health benefits for improving the current pharmaceutical economic research. |
