| 在介绍健康产业竞争力的相关概念和阐述产业核心竞争力培育基础的前提下，文章总结了我国西部地区健康产业发展存在的问题及原因，提出了核心竞争力的培育应围绕核心资源、核心细分领域及核心发展区域，将核心优势资源转化为产业竞争力，将产业竞争力落实到细分产业领域，将细分产业领域布局到核心发展区域，立体化构建核心竞争力体系。 |

| Abstract: |
| The relevant concepts of the competitiveness of health industry，summarizes the problems and reasons existing in the development of health industry in the western region are introduced. It puts forward that the cultivation of core competitiveness should focus on core resources，core sub sectors and core development areas，transform core advantageous resources into industrial competitiveness，implement industrial competitiveness into sub sectors，and distribute sub sectors to core development areas，build a three-dimensional core competitiveness system. |
