| 目的：为加强医院工程招标控制价和工程量清单编制工作内部控制，有效提高工程招标控制价和工程量清单编制质量，从而提供可供借鉴的管理模式。方法：以样本医院为例，运用PDCA循环管理法的思路和框架，梳理工程招标控制价和工程量清单编制工作存在的问题，并分析其原因，制定有针对性的改进措施。结果：PDCA管理措施实施后，工程招标控制价和工程量清单编制工作内部控制进一步完善，编制质量大幅提高。结论：运用PDCA循环管理法对工程招标控制价和工程量清单编制工作进行管理，有利于提高编制质量，控制投资风险。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To strengthen the internal control of hospital engineering bidding control price and bill of quantities preparation work, and effectively improve the quality of engineering bidding control price and bill of quantities preparation to provide a management model that can be learned from. Methods: Taking a target tertiary hospital as an example, using the idea and framework of the PDCA cycle management method, sort out the problems existing in the construction engineering bidding control price and the compilation of the bill of quantities, analyze the reasons, formulate targeted improvement measures and implement them. Results: After the implementation of PDCA management measures, the internal control of engineering bidding control price and the compilation of bill of quantities was further improved, and the quality of compilation was greatly improved. Conclusion: The use of PDCA cycle management method to manage the construction engineering bidding control price and the compilation of the bill of quantities is conducive to improve the quality of compilation and controlling investment risks. |
