| 摘要: |
| 目的：分析DRG实施下样本医院病组覆盖及盈亏情况，并提出建设性的管理策略。方法：采用描述性统计分析方法，对DRG付费下主要盈亏病组进行对比和结构分析。结果：样本医院共覆盖22个主要诊断分类(MDC)，DRG组数为485 个，FM3B经皮心导管检查操作，不伴严重并发症与合并症病组亏损最为严重。结论：在DRG付费改革下应优化病种结构，合理控制医疗费用，着力提升医疗服务效率。 |

| Objective: The coverage and profit and loss of a tertiary general hospital under Diagnosis Related Group(DRG) were analyzed, and constructive management strategies were put forward. Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis was used to compare and analyze the structure of main profit and loss groups under DRG operation. Results: A total of 22 MDCS were covered in the target hospitals, and the number of DRG groups was 485 . The FM3B group suffered the most serious loss. Conclusion: Under the DRG payment reform, the structure of diseases should be optimized, medical costs should be controlled reasonably, and medical service efficiency should be improved. |
