信息化视角下公立医院人力资源管理模式优化实践

摘要:
在“大智移物云”等信息技术的助推下,公立医院得以凭借更加丰富的、现代化的技术手段,强化医院“自动化、智能化、精细化”的人力资源管理。案例医院主动顺应改革步伐,结合信息化手段和医院人力资源管理工作的要求,构建规范统一、支持决策、全员参与、可灵活扩展及有效集成的人力资源管控平台的建设路径,为公立医院人力资源管理信息化平台建设提供参考和思路。

Abstract:
With the help of information technology, public hospitals are able to strengthen human resource management of "automation, intelligence and refinement" by means of more abundant and modern technology. Taking the target hospital as an example, combined with the requirements of hospital human resource management, it builds a standardized unified, decision-making support, full participation, flexible expansion and effective integration of human resources management and control platform construction path and experience, so as to provide references for the construction of public hospital human resource management information platform.
