| 文章以长三角区域41个城市为样本，采用聚类算法进行价格地理分区，以地理信息系统进行可视化描述；采用轮廓系数进行拟合评估，选择医疗费用、卫生资源配置及服务效率等指标分析地理分区的有效性。以上海为基准，测算各分区的地理相对比价系数。研究结果表明，长三角区域地理分区合理，地理比价系数体现了经济成本差异，有利于促进我国构建区域医疗服务价格比价体系。 |

| Abstract: |
| The 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region were sampling and geographically divided by adopting cluster algorithm, and the geographic information system was used for visual description; the silhouette coefficient was used for fitting evaluation, and indicators such as medical expenses, health resources and service efficiency were selected to analyze the validity of the divisions. Taking Shanghai as the benchmark, the price ratio of each district was calculated. The geographical division of the Yangtze River Delta region is reasonable, and the geographical price ratio reflects the difference in economic costs, which is conducive to promoting the establishment of a reasonable price parity system for regional medical services in China. |
