| 目的：在创新使用多种支付模式下，医院门诊流程优化及财务内控管理的完善，确保多种支付模式下医院资金的安全。方法：通过前期调研其他单位的相关使用运行情况，以及医院多部门之间反复沟通探讨，全面梳理多支付模式流程的内控管理，利用信息网络技术加强对流程的设计管控。结果：通过不断的优化信息流程，多支付模式下医院资金安全得到了控制。结论：多种支付模式的运用对医院的内控管理提出了新的要求，通过不断完善内控管理确保医院资金的安全。 |

| Objective: to ensure the safety of hospital funds under multiple payment modes in the innovative use of multiple payment modes, the improvement of hospital outpatient procedures and the management of financial internal control. Methods: through the research related to use and operation of other units, and repeated communication between hospital departments, comprehensive carding pay model process of internal control management, the use of information network technology to strengthen the design of process control. Results: under the multi-payment mode, the hospital fund security is controlled under the continuous optimization information process. Conclusion: the application of multiple payment modes puts forward new requirements for the internal control management of hospitals, and ensures the safety of hospital funds through continuous improvement of internal control management |
