| 我国医改试点地区公立医院的补偿由服务收费、药品加成收入和政府补助三个渠道全面调整为服务收费和政府补助两个渠道。为促进公立医院建立维护公益性、调动积极性、保障可持续的运行新机制和现代医院管理制度，现行公立医院补偿机制还有待进一步完善和落实，将有助于我国医改工作的整体推进。 |

| Abstract: |
| The compensation of public hospitals in medical reform pilot area was adjusted from three modes including medical service charge, drug additional revenue and government subsidies to two modes including medical service charge and government subsidies. In order to promote public hospital establish a new mechanism and modern hospital management system to maintain public welfare, mobilize enthusiasm and ensure sustainable, the present compensation mechanism of public hospitals need further improve and practice, which would contribute to the overall promotion of China’’s health care reform. |
