| 医疗服务价格改革是深化医改的重要手段，长期以来受到社会持续关注。重庆市在过去三年里两次调整医疗服务价格，本文分析重庆市第一轮医疗服务价格改革失败的原因，对比两次医疗服务价格改革的异同点，根据重庆市医改经验对两轮价格改革进行思考，提出医疗服务价格改革的相关建议，为医疗服务价格改革提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| As an important method of deepening medical reform, the medical service price has received continuing concerns from society. The city of Chongqing adjusted the medical service price twice in the past three years. It analyzed the reason why the first reform failed and compared similarities as well as differences. According to the experience of medical reform, it studied on the two reforms and gave some suggestions, providing references for medical service price reform. |
