| 医疗服务价格形成机制一直是新医改的重要内容之一。本研究基于社会福利最大化视角，即考虑患者、医疗机构、政府三方共赢，利用调查的一手资料，分别在无保险方参与和有保险方参与定价，需求确定和需求不确定条件下，构建Stackelberg博弈定价模型确定最优价格，以便归结出科学的医疗服务定价机制，为未来医疗服务价格改革提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| The formation mechanism of medical service price has always been one of the important contents of the new medical reform. This study is based on the perspective of social welfare maximization, that is, consider the patients, medical institutions, the Government tripartite win-win situation, using the first-line information of the survey, in the non-insurance side participation and insurance to participate in pricing, demand and demand uncertainty conditions, building Stackelberg game pricing model to determine the optimal price, to sum up the scientific pricing mechanism of medical services for future medical service price reform to provide a reference. |
