| 基层社区健康服务管理是健康中国建设战略实现的关键点之一,中医药治未病的健康观念、健康生活及行为方式、特色诊疗技术符合现代大健康观念的要求,在社区健康服务领域优势明显,引入多中心治理理论,合理选择特色健康资源,探索健康社区治理模式创新。建设以疾病防控与健康促进为目标、社区居民为主体、政府参与、满足社区居民健康服务需求的健康管理新模式。 |

| Grassroots community health service management is one of the key points in the realization of healthy China’’s construction strategy. Chinese medicine is not sick of health concept, healthy living and behavior, special treatment technology meets the requirements of modern health concept, and has obvious advantages in community health service , The introduction of multi-center governance theory, the rational choice of characteristics of health resources, to explore healthy community governance model innovation.
