DRG综合绩效评价方法在科室评价中的应用

摘要:
目的 探讨运用Delphi+AHP方法,引入DRGs病例组合指数指标构建心血管内科绩效评价体系。方法 将DRGs的覆盖疾病组数、总权重数、CMI、费用消耗指数、时间消耗指数等指标与其他质量效率指标、财务效率指标、教学科研指标等构建绩效评价体系,运用Delphi+AHP方法确定权重分配。结果 经过分析温州四家医院心血管内科绩效的评分排序:温附一、温附二、瑞安、中心医院。结论 运用Delphi+AHP方法确定权重,以DRGs指标构建的心血管内科综合绩效评价体系较为合理和客观,具有较好的可行性。

Abstract:
Abstract Obiective Introducing the DRGs case mix index indicators to build the performance evaluation system of cardiovascular internal medicine of using Delphi + AHP method.Methods Group count of DRGs, The total weight of DRGs,CMI,Cost consumption index,Time consumption index and Other indicators,such as QE,Finance Efficiency,Teaching Research and so on,that constructs the Cardiovascular Medicine of hospital achievements appraisal system.Then determining weight coefficient in Delphi+AHP methods.Result After analyzing the performance of four hospital cardiovascular internal medicine in WenZhou score sorting: The first hosptial of Wenzhou University ,The secord hosptial of Wenzhou University ,Ruian hospital, The center hospital of Wenzhou city.Conclusion The Cardiovascular Medicine of hospital achievements appraisal system has good operability.
