| 目的：分析2013～2015年北京市医院中医药费用的机构流向及变化趋势。方法：采用个案库汇总法。结果：中医类医院的费用占医院中医药总费用主体；中医类医院收入增加，且增长较快；非中医类医院中医科收入较少，且增长缓慢；结论：中医类医院总体发展较快，但次均诊疗费用低于北京市医院总体平均水平，应合理调整中医服务价格体系；非中医类医院的中医科建设薄弱，应加快中医科室的建设。 |

| Objective:To analyze the distribution and trend of Chinese medicine expenditure of the hospital in Beijing from 2013 to 2015. Method: Case summary method. Results: The Chinese medicine hospital plays a predominant role in Chinese medicine expenditure of all hospitals. The income of Chinese medicine hospital is on the increase and grow fast. The income of Chinese medicine department of non-Chinese medicine hospital is less and grow slow. Conclusion: The Chinese medicine hospital develops fast, but the average medical expenses is lower than the average level of all hospitals, should adjust the price of Traditional Chinese Medicine reasonably. The construction of Chinese medicine department in non-Chinese medicine hospital is weak, should speed up the construction of Chinese medicine department. |
