| 目的：发现我国医用耗材价格管理的不足并借鉴国外经验提出完善建议。方法：分析医用耗材的属性界定及其市场竞争的特点，解剖我国医用耗材价格管理模式，并对日本、澳大利亚的医用耗材定价和补偿机制进行研究。结论：通过优化我国医疗服务项目打包收费、发挥循证评价和经济学评价在医用耗材价格形成中的作用、构建医用耗材价格监测体系来完善我国医用耗材价格管理模式。 |

| Objective: In order to find the drawbacks of our pricing management of medical consumables and learn from foreign experiences. Methods: Analyze of the definition and characteristics of the market competition of medical consumables, dissect the pattern of our pricing management of medical consumables, study the mechanism of pricing and reimbursement of Japan and Australia. Conclusion: Improve our pricing management pattern through optimizing packaging fees of medical service items, stressing the importance of evidence-based evaluation and economic evaluation, establishing the monitoring system of medical consumables price |
