| 摘要：目的 探讨在我国药物经济学评价中构建和应用标准化疾病模型的方法和意义。方法 采用理论分析和定性阐述的方法。结果 在药物经济学评价中构建和使用标准化疾病模型是有可行的技术路线和方法的，建立这样的模型对提高药物经济学评价的效率、可信度都有重要的意义，但主要的挑战来自于基础数据的积累和整合。结论 在药物经济学评价中应用标准化疾病模型是必要且重要的，但必须克服数据障碍。 |

| Abstract Objective: To analyze the meaning and method of how to construct and apply standard disease model in pharmacoeconomic evaluation in China. Method: Methods of theoretical analysis and qualitative research were applied. Results: It’s important to apply standard disease model in pharmacoeconomic evaluation in China and there is feasible technology roadmap existing, but the accessibility and quality of data was the major hurdle there. Conclusion: To apply standard disease model in pharmacoeconoc evaluation is important and necessary but data gap must be filled. |
